Wash straight away after working-out preferably before the pores close to get rid of any build up of bacteria on the skin and keep skin makeup free for a couple of hours after to allow the pores to close.

skin is a big no no! Hair gels especial have a way of seeping through the hair onto the forehead this will block pores and cause a build up of bacteria. If at all possible use make up sparingly and always try to keep the skin clear.

Last but not leased the old saying you are what you eat applies here. You need to drink at leased 8 glasses of water per day and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.
