Black soap is a dark brown color and has an earthy scent you can nearly smell the African landscape it will not have a perfumed fragrance as it contains no perfume that will irritate sensitive skins. You can buy original black soap and used it in many different ways; this multipurpose, all-natural soap is used for issues ranging from rashes to dandruff. Although it's most commonly used to keep skin blemish-free, other uses include as a shampoo, body soap and face wash. The following is a recipe for a really nice liquid soap that is easier to use on the face and body:

4 cups of Distilled Water
2 tablespoons of Chamomile Flowers
2 tablespoons of Lavender Flowers

Boil the water, add the ingredients and make a tea. Leave the tea to steep for 4 hours to make sure all the goodness has absorbed into the water. Then add about 8ozs of Black Soap and I let it sit over night. Strain it at least twice and then I added some Shea and Cocoa Butter, 4 ozs of Sweet almond oil, and 2 ozs of jojoba oil because it's good for the hair and the skin.
